Garda Vetting Information Briefing &
Charities Regulatory Training Session
Garda Vetting is legally mandatory for everyone who works or volunteers with children and vulnerable adults.
This short presentation will give an overview of the Garda Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act and will provide information on the steps community groups should take to ensure they are compliant.
Information will also be given on the “E-Vetting” system and give tips on avoiding delays and problems.
Training on the Key Requirements for Community Groups who fundraise and are charities and aren’t sure what they to do to be compliant under the Charities Act.
