The emergency management research group at DCU Business School want to hear how individuals and communities coped during Storm Emma (combined with what was referred to as “The Beast from the East”). We are hoping that the National Directorate for Fire and Emergency Management, the Department of Defence – OEP, and the Department of Rural and Community Development will use the results of our study to inform policy and planning for the future.
