Make Your Voice Heard

We want your opinion on how charities should be governed.

You still have time to share your opinion with us on how charities should be governed. Our online questionnaire is open until 5pm, 6 December 2017, and we want to hear your views.

The Charities Regulator would like to thank everyone who attended our public consultation meetings, held in November in Cork, Galway and Dublin as part of this consultation process.

The Regulator has established a panel to make proposals for the governance of charities and to support trustees in their duties.  These standards will deliver improved outcomes for our society through better focused charities where volunteers, staff, service recipients and all other stakeholders will have a common point of reference for governance standards.

As part of this process, the panel is seeking to consult the public. The questionnaire covers issues such as monitoring, governance and guidelines.
